14 Day Exchange Policy- No Refunds
Same as in our brick and mortar location, we only offer exchanges at this time. If you are unsure what you'd like to exchange your item for, the total item value (retail + tax) will transfer into a store credit. Store credits do not expire and can be used at your discretion.
Items must be:
- Unworn with tags attached
- Swimwear hygiene liner must be attached.
- Returned within 14 days of IN-Store Pickup.
ONLINE PURCHASES: Returned 14 days from when package was delivered to address.
To be eligible for exchange all items, purchased in store or online must be mailed back or brought back to the store by this 14 day period. We cannot except items not meeting this criteria. See shipping policy for more information.
All Panties and Sale Bits & Bobs are FINAL sale and cannot be returned or exchanged; even if unworn.
No exchanges or refunds on gift cards or used Boobytape.

Q&A- Questions commonly asked
How will my order be sent?
We ship our orders using USPS Priority with tracking. If you prefer another mail courier please call us direct so that we can provide you with a quote. Shipping is currently available in the United States and Canada only. We do not ship overseas at this time.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Orders typically take 1-4 business days depending on location. Cities and states near our shop in Long Beach, CA can expect quick deliveries (1-3 business days). Please allow an additional 1 to 2 business days for processing.
Can I get a refund if I don't like what I ordered?
We do not issue refunds, however we will happily hold your store credit for future purchases. Store credits do not expire. You may also exchange your item within the 14 days of when you received your package. ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN WITH TAGS, free from smoke, perfumes, and animal hair TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE.
Do I have to pay for the return shipping label?
We do not cover the return shipping labels, however you can send back your order in the mail or come to the store during business hours before the 14 day period. Please ship exchanges to:
Lucy's Boudoir 3925 Long Beach Blvd, Long Beach, CA 90807 and have the receipt inside package with note of return.
We cannot accept returned packages w/ requests for exchange pass the 14 days after the date of when you received your package. Returned items must be received in our store by the 14th day from when you received your order. We recommend USPS tracked shipping. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages so please consider this when choosing your shipping options. No exceptions will be given.

What do I do if I didn't receive my package?
Please call (562) 997-8786 or email us at [email protected] to verify that your address is correct and to confirm tracking details. Packages are insured by USPS up to $50 and lost package claims must be processed through this link: https://www.usps.com/help/ . We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail, however we will do everything we can to remedy the issue.
