Being the only full-service, bra-fitting shop in Long Beach, bra-specialists at Lucy’s Boudoir are trained to fit sizes from 28 to 56 band and AAA to O cup. Our skilled bra fitters will put you at ease while determining ideal styles in your true size.

Regular Bra-Fittings - 40 Minutes

Regular bra-fittings are perfect for women who: have never had a fitting, have lost or gained weight, have issues with their current bras, or just need new bras! If you are in need of a supportive everyday bras, sports bra, swimwear, wire free bra, lingerie, or shapewear, this will be the perfect fitting for you! During the fitting, we will measure your exact band width and cup volume, then have you try on a bra for sizing purposes. After your fitting you can expect to know how your bra should fit, what styles to wear, and how to take care of your bras. This appointment tends to last from 20 to 50 minutes depending on how many bras you want to try on. Alterations and special order services are also available on bra purchases.

Maternity/Nursing Bra Fittings - 40 Minutes

Baby on the way? Be prepared with a nursing bra that will make being a mother just a little bit easier! We recommend coming in 2 weeks before your due date. During the fitting, we will measure your band width and cup volume while taking in account of your growth during pregnancy. We offer wire and wire free nursing bras or can convert almost any bra in the store into a nursing bra. Alterations and special order services are available on bra purchases.

Bridal and Special Occasion Bra Fittings - 1 Hour

We carry a variety of shapewear, strapless bras, backless bras, low back long line bras, and basques all for your foundational needs to ensure you look beautiful in your gown or little black dress. During the fitting, we will measure your exact band width and cup volume while determining which options will work for your big day. If you have your dress, please bring the dress or a picture of your dress to your fitting. For brides-to-be, we recommend that you schedule a bra-fitting appointment two to three weeks before your first dress fitting. Alterations and special order services are available on bra purchases.

Post Surgery/Mastectomy Fitting - 40 Minutes

This fitting is best suited for women who have had a mastectomy, reduction, augmentation, or other surgery procedure. Please consult with your doctor prior to your visit to see what styles will be suitable during your recovery. During the fitting, we will measure your exact band width and/or cup volume depending on the circumstances of the surgery performed on the breast. For our post-mastectomy clients we offer comfortable pocketed wire free bras and breast forms. Alterations and special order services also are available on bra purchases.

Alteration Services

From taking in straps or the back of your bra to converting a bra into a nursing bra, we offer alterations on bra purchases to improve the fit and life of your bra. Our in-house alteration specialist can promptly make the essential adjustments you need to make your bra fit even better. See below for our Alteration Services.

In-Store Special Order Services

Order your favorite bra in another color or order a specialty bra for your big event! Customers can put full deposit on their order with free in-store pick up. Orders generally take about 4 to 8 weeks. Ask a fitter about our special-order services today to see if this is the right option for you! Shipping is also available at an additional charge.
